This is a 2 for 1. On the south side of 7th, there is a railroad tie used as a parking barrier from the eastern residence and overgrowth from the western residence.

The south east corner of the intersection of Kirkwood and Washington. The curb cut is covered with snow. The sidewalk on the west side of High is completely blocked by overgrown bushes and trees. This is urgent because kids can't use the side path to get to school and this would be the best alternative for all the kids who live north of Childs.
