A private limestone retaining wall has fallen on to a public sidewalk on Euclid street between west 2nd street and Howe street. The sidewalk is blocked and is a safety hazard. Someone could trip over the pile of stone and possibly file a lawsuit against the city. Also, the fallen wall has been there since January. Thanks, Chris.

Why has case #174610 still open (first reported on Febr. 1, 2021)? On E First Street: low hanging branches over the sidewalk. The address of the house, though, is 713 Clifton. Why cannot the home owner be told to cut back the long grasses and tree branches?

Plants are impeding/blocking the sidewalk. The plants are so overgrown, there is a path in the grass where people have been walking around this for a long time.

Tree branches overhang 9th St. sidewalk at Butler Park hanging lower than five feet--impassable without ducking or leaving sidewalk--very difficult for elderly pedestrians. Hard to understand why the city is issuing citations for minor aesthetic violations when their own property has significant issues with accessibility, unmowed grass, and poison ivy next to walkways. Come on, Bloomington. Stop empowering harassment and instead prioritize violations that actually impede safety and access.
