Complainant stated that there is a strong odor of burnt gas fumes coming from construction side of library.
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN SCHOOL. COMPLAINANT SAYS EXTENSION CORDS AND WORK IN SCHOOL WHILE IN SESSION. ALSO EXITS BEING BLOCKED
Reports that candles are being used in an unsafe manner on tables and on the walls. Complainant stated that the candles are close to combustible materials

Larry Fleener stopped Cottingham to discuss conversation he had with Kenn Nunn regarding State Code violations at La Chareda's. Fleener asked if inspectors could call Nunn to discuss compliance.
