Business closed @14:06. Competed exterior inspection. grease accumulation, combustible construction within 6", broken shroud N. terminal, windows 4 feet +\- above. Will return after 4:00. Returned, discussed with owner. Advised of hazards and necessity for cleaning--replacement strongly recommended. Discussed situation with owner. Plans will be made to replace oldest hood, clean and have non-combustible shield around hoods. See annual fire inspection
