Other: The sidewalk on the southwest corner of 6th and Morton has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements. The B-line is clear, but the sidewalk to the east of the B-line is not.

In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation. In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
