downtown on the square, in front of the "tap" nightclub (across from chase bank), today i noticed that there isn't enough room between a bike at a bike rack there and the outdoor enclosure for tables at the tap. there might be enough room for a regular wheelchair to get thru, but not a large wheelchair. and i am referring to someone who would be passing by there (not going to the tap). even though i am not in a wheelchair, that's what it looks like, so someone might want to measure the area there for a.d.a. compliance, please. thanks
Starting the 7th Street Bikeway project is great. I hope we have lots of low-traffic thoroughfares in twon some day. But finish what you started on Allen Street. There is no signs, no flashing beacons, no paint. Nothing that designates the street a low and slow traffic area. Cars drive way faster now with the "improvements" then they did with the hodgepodge pilot. Put some signs up. Paint the street. Put some flashers at the Washington St intersection and the Henderson St intersection. Allen is not finished.

Hello, I am not sure if I am in the right place or not, but we just moved to a new edition called Charlestowne Manor. A plumber on our road was found unresponsive in his car and is still unresponsive. The dispatchers did not know where we were because Triple Crown Drive is NOT on the map. If the dispatchers had known where we were located (the Ellettsville Fire Station is LITERALLY across the street and the guys could have ran there faster than they got there) the guy might have a better chance of survival. How do we get on the map?

I am not sure where to report this, but anything the City can do to stand with LGBT people during a time of ongoing hate would be appreciated. I was just looking through reports and saw the below, clearly indicating animus and negative stereotype toward the whole of queer people. I know hate will remain but I'd love to make sure the City's voice of tolerance and affirmation remains stronger. I appreciated the Mayor's remarks (and hopeful ongoing action) regarding the anti-Asian hate incident the other week. And the Drag fags queen events & switchyard park all with in months of SB -145 in support of such sick shit. We need to pass a law to start public hangings by their rainbow flags down town on live tv."
Hi, I work in a commercial building at 800 S College. Our building was recently sold to Storage Express and they have proven to be negligent in terms of snow removal. They have failed to clear our whole lot these past two weeks (leaving not enough cleared spaces for our business needs) and I have now had to twice dig out our one handicapped parking space by hand. We have addressed this with them in person and they were not responsive to our concerns. We are responsible for clearing our immediate walkway, but they are responsible for lot clearing and maintenance as per our lease. Our building is almost entirely service professions (massage, salon, barbers), and we have many older clients and folks with mobility issues and it is becoming a safety hazard. I am aware HAND handles residential citations, but am unaware of the proper channel (if any) for commercial properties. Would gladly accept any assistance. Thanks so much!
