Maybe I already reported but there was a point when reCAPTCHA took too long and I gave up. This was the Saturday after Thanksgiving on Fess just south of 2nd Street. When scooters are parked or staged like this it's pretty clear someone thinks scooters have priority over pedestrians. Not surprising, given the Mayor's failure to lead in this issue
Monday morning, Wylie just east of Woodlawn. Probably started out parked fine and then one fell over. Maybe the kickstands need improvement. I give location here rather on your map. Sunday around 1 PM 3 girls on scooters turned from Dunn Street sidewalk on to Kirkwood sidewalk. Ignored being told not to ride on sidewalk. Of course. Please hurry up with those signs and patrolling. Also please---I assume we are supposed to use the map to locate the event for you, but how?
Much has been written in the paper about the scooters. I feel we are in an impotent city if we cannot stop such an invasion which results in emergency room visits and the trashing up of our-what used to be -quaint town. Please just round them all up and then figure out how to proceed. They dumped them here without permission.
