Two Birds scooters have been abandoned and blocking the sidewalk at 1401 S Lincoln St. I have tried contacting the company via their app and over the phone and gotten zero response.

Bird bike at entrance to Windsow Woodds parking lot. Parked next to sign at the entrance. The bike has been parked for over 3 weeks.

I just sent in a report at 4:10. This is an additional comment. My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. Maybe they do anyway I don’t know. Thx
