The stop light at this intersection is very, very lengthy when attempting to exit east or west from Walker Street on to Second Street. It’s not uncommon to have to wait as long as five minutes or more for the light to change. Even in the evening when the traffic is really low it takes an extended period of time.
The pedestrian activated yellow light bar for the crosswalk is loose and hanging from the crosswalk sign. It's on the south facing crosswalk sign that's on Rogers St., located at the crosswalk with Graham Drive.
r: the walkway/lights are not timed right. A walker gets the hand stop sign and then the light changes too quickly for them to exit the intersection. E 10th St & Eagleson Ave, Bloomington, IN 47405, USA

Traffic signal is not working properly. Left turn signals for east-west and north-south traffic cycle through, whether there is traffic in those turn lanes or not. This impairs flow of traffic.
We are inquiring as to why the left turn signals at Woodlawn and 17th have been turned off.
The stop sign on Kirkwood for westbound traffic is set back pretty far from Kirkwood. When food trucks park on the north side of Kirkwood, the westbound traffic can’t see the stop sign. I have seen cars run the stop sign several times. There is a small planter right on the corner, where a stop sign would be visible, or even attached to the sign with the street name placards. Perhaps also adding a stop sign on the south side of Kirkwood would help.
Stop sign is bent laying on the ground making a road hazard.
I’m writing to request a “no right turn on red” sign on 10th street at the corner of E Discovery Pkwy. The turn is too wide for those turning right onto Discovery, and too narrow for those turning left onto 10th for both lanes to be turning at the same time.
