It would be great to have a no parking to corner sign here. From a biker's perspective, it is uncomfortable for oncoming traffic/turning traffic, if a car is parked near the stop sign/line.
Did someone remove the stop signs at Allen and Henderson St? North/South bound traffic do not stop. Stop sign has gone missing. Must be stolen. Please replace the stop sign.

The red exit sign in lot one has been hit and it’s now leaning over the sidewalk and may fall over.
Accessibility issue Could not hear auditory cross signal
The walk signal at 3rd and College on the Convention Center corner has a very weak DO NOT WALK signal. WALK is better but not normal. It's been like this for many months.
The WALK signal near the blue NAPA store at 3rd and Walnut is hard to see from the east because tree limbs around it are unmaintained.
Fairview school zone flashing lights not flashing (photo near 9th and rogers). Photo 3:28p today. Due to staggered times for rona mitigation, school dropoff at fairview elem is now nominally 8:35-8:55, and pickup is 3:20-3:40. Additionally, light should flash 15 minutes after pickup and 15 minutes before drop off because parents walking from/to school without their students still typically have student-siblings with them. Also, light should flash whenever there is an afterschool activity. I'm real disappointed this extremely ineffective-by-design approach was chosen instead of appropriately-engineered curb bumpouts! But if this is the bed we made, can we at least getsomeone lying in it when my kids are there.
When heading north on Williamsburg from Washington it is extremely difficult to see the stop sign at Eastland Drive until you get past the visual obstruction caused by the last boulevard tree on the east side side of the road. Now that the leaves are beginning to fall the problem will go away until spring, however.
