How do we go about getting a street sign for our new edition off of 46? Charelstowne Manor- Triple Crown Drive?
When heading north on Williamsburg from Washington it is extremely difficult to see the stop sign at Eastland Drive until you get past the visual obstruction caused by the last boulevard tree on the east side side of the road. Now that the leaves are beginning to fall the problem will go away until spring, however.
The north-south light at High St and Moores Pike only is green for a couple of seconds, allowing at most two cars to pass through the intersection. Is it possible to adjust the timing on this light?
We moved to Meadowbrook Dr this winter. All of our official documentation for the house had the street listed as Drive. Once we moved here, we saw several street signs say Meadowbrook Ave rather than Dr. The sign at Brighton says Drive. Just trying to figure out what is the official name of the street and could the signs be consistent?
There is a tree at the southeast corner of Brighton and Meadowbrook Dr that obscures the view of south Meadowbrook drive.
I think the new construction on Sare Road is making the road very narrow, maybe even narrower than the walking path being put in. Does the new, narrowed road meet the width requirements of the Master Thoroughfare Plan? It seems like it is not wide enough, and should be checked. Thank you.
On high street, heading south the light at hillside doesn’t turn green unless someone comes from the other side. If someone heading north turns left, the light doesn’t turn at all. The east/west light is much longer running as well.
Traffic light at high and hillside is not working. Light traveling south on high street is not working properly
There is a pedestrian cross-walk here, but traffic often does not stop, creating a safety hazard for pedestrians (who have the right of way). I think Kirkwood needs to have some traffic calming, and a stop sign would be one way to slow traffic and protect pedestrians.
