I have a community tree that was planted a couple of years ago. I reported last year that I thought it was dead and someone came out and assessed it and put something around the trunk to protect it. It still looks dead and does not have new buds forming on it. Our neighbors across the street also had one planted and it is thriving and showing new growth. I believe the one on our property is dead. It is a Black Tulelo located at 1628 S. Troy Ct.
Nearly two years ago a drunken driver hit and killed, what was then, a newly planted street tree. Please replace it. Thank you.
I've noticed some Callery Pear growing up along the road on my back property line and would like them removed but they are touching some utility lines overhead. Not sure if they fall on city property or my own but need guidance to proceed.
One of the street trees that was alive last year has decided to die. The other two (both black gum I believe) are still alive and healthy. It is the easternmost tree on the property. We are new to Bloomington and this home and not sure what the next steps would be.
The red maple needs to be pruned/trimmed.
The street tree at the SE corner of the property has limbs that hang low over the sidewalk. Would it be possible to have it trimmed up so that walkers can use the sidewalk without having to duck down? Thanks!
Honey locust in City ROW is stressed/diseased/dying. The Highpoint Neighborhood Association paid Less Huss to have this tree planted a few years ago. Is there something that can be done to save it? If a watering issue, neighbors can attend to that, but it's not clear if that is indeed the issue.
small trees close to the creek on the north side blocks the view of the oncoming vehicle/bike/pedestrian on the curve.
Tree in the front of 1002 E Heather Drive, between the sidewalk and street, has died and needs to be removed. It is a very small tree, only planted a few years ago. The deer over the winter have removed most of the bark, which has killed the tree.
