tree on city boulevard in front of house has many dead branches. I called and left voice mail last week. Originally placed work order with Lee Huss in 2019. Could someone please come and remove dead branches for safety?

On the morning of July 11, I found a large branch that had fallen into the street, blocking about half of the roadway. A few hours later, another branch from the same tree fell onto the sidewalk. Both branches were removed promptly after I reported the issues, and I appreciate the quick response. However, I am concerned about the health of the tree, as falling branches could pose a safety risk to pedestrians or passing vehicles. Would you please arrange for someone to evaluate the tree's condition? Thank you!
