Sole Sensations has placed a banner on the wall of an accessory structure on the property without an approved permit. The banner faces the B-line trail.
Shoe Carnival has placed a banner on the wall of the building above the entrance without an approved permit. The banner is larger than the 16 square feet allowed by code and would not be permitted.

New store called B-Town Express has two temporary banner type signs without an approved permit. They are in a multi-tenant commercial structure and are allowed only one temporary sign with a permit by code.
Rally’s has placed several temporary signs on the property. They were issued a courtesy warning on January 7, 2011, for a similar violation.
