Worlds Fare has pennants and banners
L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.
The apartment complex here has a temporary sign without a permit.

There was a permanent sign noted by Planning staff on the rear of the multi-tenant buidling advertizing Monroe Primary Care. That sign is located on a tenant space not utilized by Monroe Primary Care and must be removed or relocated.
