L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.
Illegal sign advertising long distance in window of a multi-family residence. Occupant was verbally notified of previous violations by the planning staff when they attempted to remove sign in the ROW.
Toilet not working. Has been broken for 3 weeks. No response from landlord
For Sale By Owner signs in the right-of-way at the corner of Ashwood and the Stands and Ashwood Lane and Ashwood Court. Signs owned by Mr. McGregor 333-6804.
Mr. Hathaway called about the Van with a Dr. Crankenstein sign at the Osco/Long John Silvers parking lot. He feels this is in direct violation of the sign ordinance and is an eye sore in general.
Dr. Crankenstein has parked a Van with a Large sign hanging on it. The Sign is believed to be against the ordinance. Their have also been some noise complaints. Osco Parking lot on College Mall Ave. near Long John Silvers.
