Detour around closed section of B-Line Trail is not accessible. Following the detour leads pedestrians across a broken tactile curb ramp, across road covered in gravel. The makeshift ramp on the Hopewell side of the street was not able to be climbed by my wheelchair. I couldn't go West around it down 2nd Street on the north sidewalk because it's blocked by stones in the sidewalk. Couldn't go West around it on the south sidewalk because the sidewalk is blocked. Couldn't go East on the north sidewalk because the Seminary Park building has a big drop-off on the sidewalk. I had to ultimately use the Wendy's/Kroger parking lot to get where I needed to go. I'm quite frustrated that detour accessibility is not being planned ahead of time, before a detour is put into place

CBU recently replaced a pipe at Broadview and Graham. They filled in the hole and topped it , but now the repair is sinking below road depth and seems to be getting a bit deeper daily. It's becoming a traffic hazard.

Near the middle of May, Bloomington experienced several days of heavy rain. I understand that there were many problems around town. One of many near my house involved the flooding of Kinser Pike due to intense sheet runoff from the under-construction development, Kinser Ridge. Kinser Ridge had a silt fence up, but the runoff breached it. The muddy water flowed downslope through my neighbor's garage, yard shed, and driveway, and through the farm field to the north. This amounted to so much water that the culvert under Kinser Pike could not hold it, and the silty water flowed over Kinser Pike. The water pooled in the road for several hours. This was a problem worthy of a uReport. However, my actual gripe today is that the developer has not attempted to repair the damage or reinstall the silt fence. Now, when it rains again, the silty water will flow again with no impediment because the soil is now at the top of the broken-down silk fence. Behind my property line is disturbed bare soil that eroded into my yard last time, and because no effort has been made to fix it, the mud from the soil erosion will again bury my grass and trench out my garden. The bottom line is that I would like the developer to remediate the erosion problems in the northeast corner of the development before it rains again. P.S. They have had acres of bare soil uncovered for about a month. Isn't that prohibited?

Grapevines are growing all over the cables between two telephone poles across the driveway of the neighbor at 2301 East Martha actually that's North Martha Street or I'm in front of that house and I'm on North Martha Street I don't know. The cable is hanging two cables are hanging approximately a yard above the ground three or four cables are affected by this the city cleared out a lot of Honeysuckle and other weeds that were around one of the telephone poles this needs to be done again so that all of this Vines and honeysuckles does not grow on the cables and obstruct cause a hazard.

The city has marked for a pipe installation project adjacent to my address on East Fifth Street and the man who mows my yard mowed over the flags that mark the gas pipeline and water hook up lines. They will need to be marked again before the project can begin.

The gate (with a Danger High Voltage sign) on the solar panel array north of the tennis courts was standing wide open just now (10:30am) with nobody around (I closed it but did not lock it).

Two drains on city street- E Windermere Woods Dr which parallels College Mall Road -are filled to the rim which means there is dangerous water buildup in the traffic lane. The two drains are not directly in front of condos. They are on Windermere Woods Dr a few feet from the junction with Covenanter near College Mall Road. There also is a green space between Windermere Woods Dr and College Mall Road which now looks like a lake. There also is city owns the land but we mow and maintain the trees. There is a huge drain near the corner of College Mall Road and Covenanter which also is backed up creating the lake.
