Lights out at dark. Very dangerous with e-scooters and e-bikers zooming by. Almost nailed me and my dog. Lights have been off for almost a year now.

The gate (with a Danger High Voltage sign) on the solar panel array north of the tennis courts was standing wide open just now (10:30am) with nobody around (I closed it but did not lock it).
