Rental in 500 block of S Highland Ave on the east side of street. Overflowing trash, not picked up Monday (no sticker), pests starting to scavenge and scatter trash. This is the second report I have made.

Unfortunately a muskrat carcass is on the east side of Lincoln Street between second and smith. It is in the sidewalk on the east side of Lincoln

Potholes in City owned Alley between 540 and 536 S Lincoln Street. My car drags when I drive in the Alley!

Broken sidewalks
