My little sister and i got to walk in a high speed street because yet again people are parking on the sidewalk.

This sidewalk is often blocked but today it was so bad i had to walk in the street (I'm in the street in the attached photo). Some other parking situation needs to be figured out at the surplus store because there's absolutely no way someone with mobility issues could navigate that most of the time.
