The concrete apron, on the rails to trails Bridge, located 1.5 miles from Tapp Head, has an abrupt raised edge (peaks at 1.25") If someone could reduce the impact zone, I think that would be less of a liability for all who traverse. Schamltz Farm Park. There's a utility cable crossing the ground on the trail from the neighborhood. AT&T or Comcast likely.

Homeless people camping in shelters in building and trades park - complete with air mattress, blankets, sleeping bags, bags. Have gotten way to comfortable. I've called central dispatch/non emergency police and nothing seems to happen. Would like to see lights under shelters in the near future to inhibit this behavior. I am a resident on Howe and am getting tired of seeing this and being kept up at night.
