Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. The sidewalk South of Gourley Pike along N. Kinser Pike has a staircase that prevents the use of this route in my power wheelchair.
