Street light near my home (in front of 401 S Pleasant Ridge has not worked for the two years we lived here. All the other lights were fixed recently.

1811 e Hyde park circle CUL DE SAC . Was wondering if it was possible to get neighborhood street lights installed IN/or on our CUL DE SAC . With the neighborhood turning over with younger families, kids are out riding their bikes and playing more than they used too. Both Hyde park circle and Groveners place is a pretty dark street, hoping we could make it a little safer. I'm not even sure this is a possible request. But it would be very much appreciated.
