The house at 1413 W 11th st has been abandoned by the owner for months and is unsafe to the neighborhood. There are animals living inside and years worth of trash in the back yard. Toilets, tires, carpeting, insulation, etc. If he is not forced to remedy the situation he will leave it like this indefinitely. Please help!
Retaining wall falling down
The property at 1413 W 11th St is unsafe and a detriment to the neighborhood. The owner has not been around since mid-July and the house is uninhabitable. There has been no work done on the house all summer. A window has been open this entire time. The yard is overgrown in front and back and there is a tremendous amount of trash in the back yard. The owner could not care less about his property. Please help!
We haven't had a dumpster since Friday... Garbage is piling up at 809 s henderson apartment bldg. pavilion is the mgmt co, called twice and no one gets back to me... Rats and possems don't seem to minds however...

1011 w.7thSt. The folks in this rental have consistently never shoveled their sidewalk over the last 10+ years. The landlord should be held accountable.
