Black top patch not filled in yet. The cut and concrete back fill were done very well, but I think the final leveling with Black was forgotten. No safety hazard, just an FYI kinda thing. Thank you

I wasn't sure what category would be best to file this in - In an alley between Fairview and Maple there is an extremely deep grate that I have seen people and cyclists (even with headlights) hurt themselves in. It would be nice if it could be made less deep in some way

Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. Dam blocked needs cleared

Sinkhole has developed due to storm runoff. Hole is at least 4 feet deep by 7 feet in diameter. Sinkhole appears to be located in the public easement. Contact Josh Turi at 614.266.0921.

Clogged storm drain

Fee and 17th - corner of south west sidewalk. I've tripped over this area three times and last winter dislocated my shoulder when I fell on this. Please fix it!
