The HVAC that serves the City Showers Building is increasingly getting louder. The sound level has gone from 88 decibels last week to 95 decibels this week. My office is the very most northwest location in the Showers Building and I can hear it through the office walls with a sound like the drone of a cicadas. I invite you to see how long you can stand on 10th Street adjacent to the Showers Building without plugging your ears to the high pitched screech of the City HVAC. I will likely swing by for public comment at the next available public meeting. Find the money in the budget to replace this nuisance please. It is truly upsetting those who work nearby it.

“Free Speech Bridge” on Eagleson Avenue has hateful, disturbing grafitti. The red hands, red triangles and “Zionism Will Fall” messaging are paticulalry heinous and disturbing as they are often viewed as a call to violence, a call for the murder of all Jewish people. This HVAC unit associated with the City Showers Building offices is a nusiance. I clocked the sound levels at 88 decibels. I made a similar complaint about a month ago. The screeching noise just keeps coming back. I can hear it in my office even. Please find the funding to do a proper ungrade to this system. I cringe when I leave my office building.

Green spray painted graffiti marked on my wall between 518 and 512 W Howe St. This appeared 4 to 6 weeks ago.

The south-facing reflector sign in the traffic circle at 6th and Oak has been painted with the "Vain" tag that has appeared all over town. It has been there for a while now (a few weeks, perhaps). Thanks!

Our neighborhood stone sign for Trailview on Moravec Way and the B-Line has been spray painted with what appears to be B.T.K. in black

Not really graffiti but I was not sure what category to select. I am curious about the laws regarding posting advertisements on signs and other surfaces around the city. Is it allowed? Is the Poster required to come back and remove the sign after the event date has passed?
