702 West Allen (rental) 1126 South Fairview 1112 South Fairview (rental) The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard. 614 West Allen The yard looks like a junk yard. The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant son trying to defend his treasure. This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem. Thank you

The sidewalks on Hawthorne Drive next to the Emereti House (1015 E. Atwater) and Math building are NEVER cleared. They have not been cleared at all this winter and I don't ever remember them being cleared. Now they are treacherous. It is one of the main walking arteries to/from campus. Who is responsible for these sidewalks? Thank you.

The crosswalk on the southeast corner of Woodlawn and 10th is not functioning properly. When you press to walk, the signal replies to "Wait," but when the crossing is safe to walk, the signal only makes an odd, mechanical noise with no indication that it is safe to cross.

Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know.
