The house at 902 W Cascade Ave is a duplex and is to right of my property (which is 910 West Cascade Ave). It has been months since the yard has been mowed on the side next to my front yard. The weeds are over 8 inches tall, there is a fallen tree in the back, and a generally unkempt appearance to the whole duplex. Thank you.

When the curb between the bike lane and car lane was reconstructed gaps were left in the pavement. Generally the pavement repair was not done to the standard usually expected of Bloomington roads.
Original report filed on 8-3-2024 and owner hasn't made any effort to remedy excessive trash lying around and piled up next to garage, as well as the 8' tall overgrowth.
Trash bags open and left out for 2 days.
West 3rd Street from S Rogers to Patterson is a narrow residential street. Lots of trucks use this street. W 3rd. St. is designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan which means “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. New sign needed. Also it might be effective to have a sign at Jackson and 3rd also. This car has been in the same spot for at least two weeks. I think it has been abandoned on our street.
Sidewalk is unable to be walked on
1200 w Allen st across from hilltop village apt . On the Northside of Allen st the tree climbs are hanging out in the street box trucks are hitting the climbs and are going to damage trucks. And a long were the brown fence is it looks like a jungle. Students walk there dogs there and a lot of them walk them along the street because they do not want to walk Thur there. I see every day and evening some rough looking people hangout in there . There is no lighting along there a good place to get jumped and robbed or worst. It needs to be cleaned up .
The "Grab and Go" store has a couple very bright lights on the west side of the building that shine on other buildings and that make it difficult to see when walking east in that general area at night Can the store be asked to redirect and/or shade at least the brighter of the two so that light is cast only on their property and not the houses nearby? It seems like a form of trespass.
