This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. My water meter was to be replaced this past Wednesday but the service folks doing this work were not able to shut water off at the street as they said my water shutoff was bad. I am not able to turn water off in the house as well as I have a bad gate valve that needs to be replaced. I do have the city water spot prepped and ready for your replacement. I would appreciate a call to get this repair completed as soon as possible so the water meter guys can return to complete their work. Thank you. Terry Duffer
