This yard is all bamboo. The bamboo has grown out considerably into the street. and now some the stalks are completely parallel to the road and hang down considerably. Trucks would brush through it whenever. But cars just miss it, unless it rains when it actually is a bit dangerous hitting your car. The sidewalk in front of the house is impassable, too, with a lot of weed growth. Quite the neighborhood eyesore.
This is the second time I've reported this. Earlier in the year it looked like they were using plastic containers to start seeds in the front, now it's just become junk and they are not mowing.

The invasive plant has encroached on neighboring property where we live at 1004, so we are having to engage removal services and eventually install impermeable barriers at our expense. The back yard of 1002 is overgrown also, feral cats, possum and a skunk have been sited or smelled in a fallen shed which has not been cleared out. The Elm Street side of 1002 is full of debris and overgrowth and there is an unattended stagnant water feature where we hear frogs in the summer (which do attract copperhead snakes). Someone does seem to be inhabiting the house, though we know that the owner of the house does not reside in Indiana presently.

702 West Allen (rental) 1126 South Fairview 1112 South Fairview (rental) The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard. 614 West Allen The yard looks like a junk yard. The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant son trying to defend his treasure. This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem. Thank you
