Yard Waste

For HAND:
Please come check 701 S Eastside Drive. There have been 4 plastic bags with yard waste in them out in the yard. Obviously they cannot be picked up, there is a note with the reason why attached to one of the bags. The students in the house need a reminder that they cannot leave these bags there for weeks on end. Thanks.
Yard Waste
705 W Graham DR

I live near the Broadview Park and I am concerned about issues with my neighbors. The neighbor at 705 W Graham is hoarding trash on their front lawn. This includes a rusty boat that hasn't moved or been touched in months. Other trash includes all of the rusty and moldy garbage that came with the boat.
I am also concerned about 707 W Graham as they have quite a bit of scrap in the back yard. They park their trailer in the far back yard amongst scrap and rusty garbage. I noticed quite a bit of bugs that are a problem for my children and pets.
Both of these homes contain residents that frequently litter, scream at each other, and have very unkempt yards that cause cascading issues with other homes in the area.
I would like to remain anonymous for my safety. Thank you.

I am not sure what the owner of this building has planned, but it seems there has seem some slow work done to the house since my husband and I have bought and renovated our home a year and a half ago. In this time, we have seen animals come and go from this abandoned house, seemingly homeless people come and go from the basement and the windows boarded up. This home is in utter disarray. With so many homes in the prospect hill area being renovated and maintaining the historical feel, this is one of the few if not the only home that is a major eye sore on our neighborhood. I am not sure if there can be anything done legally to motivate the owner to do renovations more quickly or to just tear it town. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated to address this problem. Thank you very much for your time and consideration!

There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.

1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years.
They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)
