U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.
On the east side of the B-Line Trail, on the embankment along a stretch of about 100 feet is becoming a health hazard due to the following: trash, abandoned vehicle in adjacent parking lot, human waste. All of this is along the South west side of the Monroe Convention center parking lot that is not being cleaned nor policed in any way. We have observed transients defecating and urinating in the bushes between the parking and the B-Line trail. This appears to be a popular spot for transients because the vegetation and low bushes and branches provide cover. Trash is piling up. Transients have been sleeping for multiple nights just off the SW corner of the Convention Center parking lot. The abandoned vehicle is attracting trash and debris inside and out. Please look into why the Convention Center does not make any effort to clean up their SW parking lot where trash in this area is clearly visible on the B-Line trail.
West 3rd Street from S Rogers to Patterson is a narrow residential street. Lots of trucks use this street. W 3rd. St. is designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan which means “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. New sign needed. Also it might be effective to have a sign at Jackson and 3rd also. What is the maximum amount of time a dumpster can be parked on a city street? Building permit issued 10/15. Project shows no sign of progress. Dumpster sits there for months; eye sore; gateway to PROSPECT HILL and Paris Dunning House; debris on the grass right of way off sidewalk; snow not removed from said sidewalk. Ample space on their lot to park a dumpster long term.

There is an abandoned car at the intersection of W 4th St and Maple. It is a red 4-door Volkswagen with a rack on top and out of state plates. It has at least 1 flat tire and has been there for at least 3 weeks. Thank you!
The sidewalks on the drive to the Women's Clinic have curbs rather than a curbcut. This means that a person who uses a power wheelchair can't get to the Clinic via her wheelchair.
