Other: What is the maximum amount of time a dumpster can be parked on a city street? Building permit issued 10/15. Project shows no sign of progress. Dumpster sits there for months; eye sore; gateway to PROSPECT HILL and Paris Dunning House; debris on the grass right of way off sidewalk; snow not removed from said sidewalk. Ample space on their lot to park a dumpster long term.
