There is a white SUV that regularly parks in the street beside this house on the corner. The plate number is: ey199. It is an I.U. plate. I think this house has recently been placed as a rental. There is no sidewalk there and it is hard to see traffic on 8th Street from Hopewell when the SUV is parked there.
Abandoned vehicle by definition of BMC 15.04.020. Car has been inoperable since the spring of 2015. Multiple complaints have been filed. No officers have cited tenants to require car to be moved. White Nissan parked on road.
Residents at 2526 S Rogers St Bloomington, In 47403 have at least 2 of their 4+ cars and trucks consistently parked fully on the sidewalk that borders their property on Ralston. They're essentially using this sidewalk as a parking lot / repair area for their vehicles. This is not a temporary occurrence but something that is observed on a daily basis for many months.
Residents have multiple cars and trucks parked across the full width of the sidewalk bordering their house. This extends beyond any staging or load-up for their food truck, and is a regular parking spot for their SUV, sedan, and guests. The house at 2809 has three vehicles parked on street. One doesn't run and has a license plate expired in 2016. One has a flat tire and has for over a month. The third has not been moved for over a month and I am unsure if it runs. All three make it difficult to pass through and creates difficulty when trying to back out of driveways.
Yesterday I put money in meter COLS315-B and there was no display and the backlight did not come on. I was not sure if it had actually recorded my putting money in it or not.
I received a parking ticket on 11/09/2013 due to incorrect signage for the new parking meters. It is not clear which meter is for a specific parking space in front of Le Petit Cafe on 6th Street on the north side of the street. It is not clear that the space farthest to the east just next to the rails-to-trails path is a valid parking spot since the east side of the space has a yellow curb. Yellow curbs typically indicate "no parking." this are needs better signage. That space isn't even wide enough for the average car if it is even supposed to be a parking space. The curb should be repainted to clearly indicate if it is a parking space or not.
