There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.
Coming South on Meadowbrook from 3rd street, there is a lot of overgrown bushes and plantation causing hazard and predisposition to cause accidents.

U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking.
