An Airbnb, located at 723 W Allen St., is claiming city property as private property. The land on the west end of the park located at 1126 S Fairview St., is being rented out as a parking lot and used to store vehicles, dog kennel etc. Altercations have occurred when children and dog walkers attempt to access the area as the adjacent property owner claims that it is theirs because they maintain it (mowed the grass). The neighborhood would like to see this green space no longer rented out and used for personal storage of one individual.

Heard the guy renting (Nick Robinson) bragging about how he always keeps his 4 dogs outside outback, and barely feeds them. *The attachment is him saying he hates dogs. Not sure if he was serious, but was hoping someone could stop by.

The corner of Moores Pike and Claris currently has flashing Yellow lights to help pedestrians cross Moores Pike. Drivers view yellow lights as a call to speed up not Stop. I walk there frequently but cars seldom slow or stop Sometimes the cars speed up, either to beat the light or to run over me. Perhaps it would help to change the lights to red which means Stop. Or install a regular stop light. Also, at the Southeast corner of Hillside Dr and College Mall Rd. The crossing light turns on when the vehicles turn right from Sare Rd onto Hillside Dr. This is very dangerous for the pedestrian since the corner is not visible to the cars turning right. I am a realtor with FC Tucker and I am trying to sell a house at the above address. There is a homeless camp in the back woods of this house. we had an accepted offer on the house until the people walked out into the backyard and saw the homeless encampment. It is virtually going to be impossible to sell a home that has a homeless encampment behind it. You will be hearing from me very frequently until this situation is resolved. Julie Davis FC Tucker
