Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the numerous pairs of shoes that are on South Park Avenue, specifically the north end near Atwater Avenue. There are two sections of wires if you start heading from north to south on the road that are loaded with these shoes. The removal of these shoes would help with the overall sense of security in the neighborhood and it is always nice to remove an eyesore. Hello, I manage Winslow Farm Community Association. The owners in Sweetbriar are complaining about homeless living in the woods between their houses and Graham Drive. This area is actually owned by the City - parcels numbers 53-08-09-405-010.000-009 and 53-08-09-405-009.000-009. Could the City please clear out the brush so it's not easy for people to hide here? Saw someone yell at/harass a city employee for being properly pulled over with flashing lights and hazards while picking up trash signage along the road and in sidewalk area after the storm, and now that everything has calmed down I wanted to report that here. As a resident, I would like to know that the administration is supporting these civil servants that are overworked and underpaid and doing the tiring, thankless work that administrations and councils make their jobs. Are you all making it clear to those bad actors in town that behavior such as that is not tolerated? With doxing online and such short tempers, things seem to only continue to escalate with those who are displeased with government in general. Are the City workers we need being protected in their day to day? I would like to thank those cleaning up the roads, reducing needless signage and trash, and ensuring everything stays clean and out of the storm system. All those many groups residents see out every day seem to go unnoticed but are so crucial to maintaining Bloomington. Thanks for your consideration and time.

The street light south of aforementioned address is either very dim or just broken. Since that light is out of commission, all of Indiana Ave is poorly lit and deemed unsafe.

There is a tent setup on the curb doing some sort of commerce and the customers and staff are taking over the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian paths.

An increasing number of individuals are sleeping on the sidewalk every night along with their belongings. They are shielded from view & passing cars by presence of the tree planter. These people inevitably need to use the bathroom throughout the course of the night and do so on the surrounding properties leaving fecal messes all around - both an unsanitary hazard and burden on those who have to clean it up. In the mornings when they leave the area there is always a sizeable mess of garbage, clothing, personal belongings, needles... left behind on the sidewalk, tree planter ledge and surrounding areas.
