Newly installed lights on Hawthorne. The lights are so bright I could mow my lawn at midnight and that is with the trees in full leaf. I used to enjoy looking at the stars, but no more. I don't remember seeing any additional lights in the plan for the bike access between weatherstone and hawthorne. There are already lights at either end of the street marking the intersections so perhaps that aren't necessary. Could they be dimmed or adapted so the light is cast downward?

An Airbnb, located at 723 W Allen St., is claiming city property as private property. The land on the west end of the park located at 1126 S Fairview St., is being rented out as a parking lot and used to store vehicles, dog kennel etc. Altercations have occurred when children and dog walkers attempt to access the area as the adjacent property owner claims that it is theirs because they maintain it (mowed the grass). The neighborhood would like to see this green space no longer rented out and used for personal storage of one individual.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have faced a lot of, (problem(s)/issue(s)), while being (homeless/transient), in, (local: (City/Town(s)), (esp. Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). On the east side of the B-Line Trail, on the embankment along a stretch of about 100 feet is becoming a health hazard due to the following: trash, abandoned vehicle in adjacent parking lot, human waste. All of this is along the South west side of the Monroe Convention center parking lot that is not being cleaned nor policed in any way. We have observed transients defecating and urinating in the bushes between the parking and the B-Line trail. This appears to be a popular spot for transients because the vegetation and low bushes and branches provide cover. Trash is piling up. Transients have been sleeping for multiple nights just off the SW corner of the Convention Center parking lot. The abandoned vehicle is attracting trash and debris inside and out. Please look into why the Convention Center does not make any effort to clean up their SW parking lot where trash in this area is clearly visible on the B-Line trail.
