Dear Ms Carter, Good Morning. Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754) I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Good morning.....we are on Monday A schedule pick up. today we had some moving boxes, that were flattened and standing beside the recycling bin, and unfortunately our recycling service did not pick up the boxes. they would not fit inside the bin, due to the measurements of the box. If these won't fit inside the bin, do I have to schedule a large pick up and have them picked up by trash and not recycle them? our address is 709 S. clifton Avenue, bloomington, 47401. This morning we had trash pick-up and I also had two cans with yard waste. I happened to see that the sanitation workers emptied our neighbor's and our yard waste into the trash truck. Why is that? I was shocked to see that happen.

Dear Sir or Madam, We are struggling with our recycling bin regularly not emptying fully. It is only half empty today. We are not smashing our recycling down, all boxes are flat. I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully. If you could please send the recycling truck back by our house, we would appreciate it, and also if you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you.
