Old stone retaining wall has collapsed onto sidewalk.
City plow left a barrier of snow and ice at the edge of our driveway and we cannot move it alone. We cannot get out by ourselves by car. In the past 27 years, the city plow used our cul de sac as a turn-around location and NEVER before left snow at the front of our driveway. Help. We're not physically able to move the snow barrier that was left by the plow. We're at the south end of S. Brooks, one block east of the junction of High and Covenanter.
Snow clearance - big ice boulders left at foot of driveway making it hazardous for me to back out. USUALLY cul-de-sace cleared much better, so I hate to complain but I have to go to school Monday. The cold temps make it difficult to break up and I am 65. so. . . 3622 S Eddington Drive.
snow/ice removal - we desparately need a sand/salt mixture on our sheet of ice roads in our neighborhood
Snow plow has knocked down mailbox. Fix is temporary.
Is there a way that you could lessen the snow mound heights at Bloomington Ferry Road and Lindstrom? It's almost impossible to see around them unless you pull out into the intersection. Someone has already gotten broadsided there--you can see the skid marks and the broken glass. Thank you
Broken up sidewalk on 522 W. 4th needs to be repaired or repalced. It's very easy to trip on.
Now that the snow is mostly gone, I hope that the leaf collection crews soon will be able to resume the work that was not finished before the winter started. Here are a couple of pictures of piles of leaves that are still out there on Linden Hill, The Stands, Heather, Jamie, Laura, Bainbridge, Allendale, the 800th block of Eastside Drive, High Street, Covenanter and Mitchell off First. Thanks so much.
Leaves were never removed from Greenbriar, Mayfair, and Arden neighborhoods last fall. Snow fell on top making snow removal a mess. Potholes emerged making it even worse especially where Wilton and Greenbriar merge. Then last weekend - city crews were pumping what I presume to be leaves out of the storm sewer leaving a huge mess. The entry to our neighborhood now looks really bad. Crumbling roads covered with muck and piles of dead leaves. What does one need to do to bring attention to this? When will the leaves be removed and the roads be repaired and cleaned up?
