Sidewalk in front of 611 N Washington is completely blocked by vegetation.
The lawn crew at Barclay Square (3000 S. Walnut St. Pk.) are blowing ALL of the leaves out into the street. There are piles of them. With the rain just beginning, it is quite slippery in that location. This is a dangerous hazard created by these idiots.
On the north side of East Third just east of the 45-46 bypass, someone has plowed a large pile of snow onto the sidewalk between CVS and Arby's, forcing pedestrians into the traffic lane to get through.
On the east side of Kingston Dr. just north of East Third, someone has plowed a large pile of snow onto the sidewalk/pedestrian walkway between MainSource bank and Big Red Liquors. Pedestrians are forced into traffic to get around it. I think there's no sidewalk on the west side of the street, so this is the only way for pedestrians to proceed north on Kingston.
Tenants are leaving large trash containers on the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian traffic.
Large garbage containers regularly stored on sidewalk 24/7, blocking pedestrian traffic.
Large trash container full of garbage has been sitting on the sidewalk for two weeks, blocking pedestrian traffic.
