Student roommates at 707 S Clifton repeatedly do not put their trash out - and when they do, after multiple weeks, it is not in keeping with the city's rules: overflowing cans spilling out, other containers not acceptable for pickup (are there even trash stickers affixed to the cans?). This is our second complaint.
We have spoken with two of the tenants now, one of whom said he'd "get to it in a couple of days" and one of whom blamed his roommates for not taking care of the problem (he's on our side; he keeps telling them....). Attached are pictures from today, Easter Sunday April 16. This trash has been sitting for weeks, not put out for pickup. Perhaps it will be dealt with, for tomorrow morning. But I'm not holding my breath.

Excessive grass height. Old lawn mower, trash, children's toys, etc. sitting in the yard since last fall. Corner lot creates an unsightly appearance for the entire area.

City truck came through today to cite overgrown lawns. But he drove past lawns over 8 inches on Larkspur and didn't cite, nor did he drive through neighborhood to see all others with very overgrown lawns.

My neighbor's yard (weeds) at 3115 E Kensington Park Drive is excessively high. My house on S. Forrester backs up to this yard. This has continuously been an issue since the present owners moved in. I understand that they had a fire last summer and I mowed it for them throughput the fall, but they have moved back into their house and I would appreciate them taking appropriate care of their yard.
