The sidewalk in front of this rental property has not been shoveled once this year. It currently has snow from earlier this week. It is also right next to a bus stop.

When the oil(?) storage tanks where removed from the lot across from the back of Seminary Square shopping center (Kroger's, Peach Garden), what was revealed was another brown brick building to the south that has a "smokestack". The north side of this building is COVERED in hideous graffiti and is is -right on- the B-Line walkway as it meanders south. This building looks like it is a real business but it is hard to tell. Was it the building/business associated with the oil tanks? The defacement was easy for vandals to do when the oil tanks were in place but they would be spotted now so maybe something -can be done about it-? Especially since it is right on a signature urban success, the B-Line.
Weeds are very high and growing over the sidewalk.
The front yard is getting tall, the back yard is much worse.
Trash out between pick-up cycles. A continual problem with these renters. bags get torn and scattered.
This address has a fenced in dog yard. Since the dogs have been removed the weeds have grown over five feet tall and cover the entire front yard.
Front yard of this house was never seeded for a lawn after the house was built. The current owner has never mowed the property and it's now grown up with huge weeds. This is not one of those yards planted to create a natural area of native plants. Nothing at all has been done here except to let weeds grow.
We put our trash and recycling out last night. The trash pickup came through this morning and picked up the trash on Arden, but they did not come north on Wilton. We are at 1714 S Wilton at the corner of Arden and Wilton. We don't have much trash and can get by until next week, but we don't want this to happen again. The recycling pick up worked fine.
This house is constantly overflowing with litter and trash. The occupant is apparently a horder, with stuff, mainly used electronics, stuffing into the screened porch and into an abandoned car. He is also something of a recluse, so it's hard to contact him.
This house had a tree blow over in a storm last week. The tree that blew over is blocking the public city sidewalk forcing me to walk in the street. Regardless of who does or does not own this property, this needs to be addressed as it is not only unsafe, but it also makes our neighborhood look bad.
