Garage door is almost fallen off of track, hanging to one side. Green moss/fungus growing all over front on west side of house. East side of house has cleaned graffiti markings that can still visibly say "Fuck You." House is one of Pendragon Properties' houses. How is Jeff Jones still allowed to rent in Bloomington after all these years of problems with him? How many court cases, HAND involvements, money owed does it take? Presumably, he most know someone. :( This really sucks having him in our neighborhood. The houses are always trashed, he treats his tenants like a slum lord would, and we all have to deal with are neighborhood going downhill because for whatever unjust reason, the city or courts can't probably deal with him. We don't want him or his business in this respectable, family neighborhood.

Trash has not been put up for removal in over a month and is piled up at side of house at 1221 Green Tree. It smells and rodents are starting to get into it.

A possum got in out air conditioning vents and we have tried to work with our management company and their maintenance guy on removing the animal when we first heard it and spotted it. They did nothing about it and now they is a strong odor coming into the house through the vents. After countless times of trying to reach both the maintenance guy and Action Properties Management, the smell is now getting worse from the animal dying in the vents and rotting and they are still taking no action. I want to file a complaint since now it is becoming a health concern and this company is being careless of our health.

Lot hasn't been mown all season. Grass seed heads are 3-feet-tall throughout yard. Notices have been left on front door but it's obvious property is vacant.

Good morning. We are at 430 S Westwood Drive, 47403. The neighbors behind us on Village Court continue to use the easement as a garbage dump. At present, there are broken window screens, discarded lawn furniture and other trash items. I would also like to report minor graffiti on the broken down wooden fence that is on their side of the easement. It is our hope these property owners would keep these rental properties in better condition and inform their tenants the easement is not their personal garbage dump. Trash has not been taken out for awhile as I've noticed on my morning walks. Today, I noticed the trash has been picked through by an animal. I took a photo to upload, but I get an error message when trying to upload it.
