Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: A possum got in out air conditioning vents and we have tried to work with our management company and their maintenance guy on removing the animal when we first heard it and spotted it. They did nothing about it and now they is a strong odor coming into the house through the vents. After countless times of trying to reach both the maintenance guy and Action Properties Management, the smell is now getting worse from the animal dying in the vents and rotting and they are still taking no action. I want to file a complaint since now it is becoming a health concern and this company is being careless of our health.

John, do we need something further such as an official complaint form filed, or is this ample to proceed on a complaint inspection? Thanks.

The issue is with the landlord not addressing the decay. Not a wildlife in living space call that we can address. I called individual and let her know that someone would be following up via phone or e-mail.
