Other: I was told by a neighbor that a tree near a house I own just north of Templeton school on Brenda lane is in the city's right of way. I am worried this tree may fall or large limbs fall on the house. I believe it is an elm tree which is somewhat rare these days. If you can please call me to discuss. Thank you
