Overgrown vegetation blocking sidewalk on HENDERSON ST. SIDE of house
Overgrown vegetation blocking sidewalk on HENDERSON ST. SIDE of house
Hedge growing in front of house at the SE corner of Henderson and University can block driver heading west on University from seeing car (bicycle?) heading north on Henderson. I was heading north; had to slam on brakes. I thought the other driver had failed to stop, but when i came back later, i found that their line of sight might have been blocked. Thanks!
The intersection of 2nd and Landmark is heavily trafficked and is difficult to cross as a pedestrian. I would love to see a crosswalk added here provide continuity of the sidewalk on the north side of the street.
Trash in alley south of 601 and to the east of 601.
Patterson traffic lights at West 2nd have never been green long enough. This causes traffic to back up on Patterson and people running the red light to get through the intersection. Patterson needs another 5 seconds of green for the left turn arrows and 5 more seconds green to cross 2nd Street. This would allow another 3-5 cars through the intersection each cycle. Most of the time there's no traffic on 2nd Street while the Patterson lights are red.
Vegetation overgrowth and fallen limbs block sidewalk. North side of 9th between Fairview and Jackson. Also east side of Jackson between 9th and 8th.
The sidewalk along Winslow Farm Drive, just north of E Winslow Road, has been blocked by construction debris for months. This is a result of the Winslow Farms Homeowners Association renovating their ponds, but there has been no work done in months, and a pile of timber has blocked this sidewalk for months. The WFCA board cannot seem to get action from the company that has stopped work, so I am hopeful that the city can push them into at least clearing the sidewalk of debris. Thank you!
There is a metal rod that is sticking up out of the curb right as you enter Rally's
3-4' tall weeds adjacent to sidewalk along S. Park.(606 S. Park Ave.)
Bags of trash piling up in front of 610 N. Lincoln St.
