When does the city intend on finishing this section of road? Ever since the bridge was completed it doesn't look like any work has been done at all to finish this one bit of road at all, and it's been months! East-West traffic is already a nightmare for this county because of the construction on I-69, Second, and Third Street, and yet the one route that can really act as a good alternate route to help alleviate some of that traffic is hampered by this abandoned project. While the detours tell people to go down towards 11th Street, we all know that way too many people are cutting through the neighborhood where there are plenty of children trying to play outside. This is nothing but ridiculous!

VERY disappointed in the new sidewalk curbs at 4th and Indiana. The curbs are to high for handicap individuals trying to correct they have made a mess of the new sidewalk areas. One sidewalk has been chipped significantly trying to correct. Very poor job.

There is no paved sidewalk; it's just a bunch of horribly laid slabs of stone. How was this even allowed, especially in downtown?! This is not wheelchair accessible, and is dangerous to all others. Please put in a paved sidewalk here so wheelchaired people don't have to turn around and cross the street just to get by.

There is a large tree that blocks the view of the east side of the road on 8th street from Roosevelt street. There have been many close calls with traffic and I think it's dangerous. The only way to see traffic coming from the east side is to pull up past the tree, but by then you are already halfway in the road. I would appreciate it if this tree could be cut down or at least cut in a way that makes it possible to see the road. Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S.
