We have a sidewalk already, but I have a question about modifying it. We are considering having some drainage work done on our property and would like a drain/grate through the sidewalk to help with water draining. We've seen some in the sidewalks along Blair Ave. and were curious about how to have one installed. Section of sidewalk has risen 4-5 inches causing a hazard to the neigborhood kid on their bikes- they hit it and it causes an accident. I have seen other spots where the high side has been shaved off to be level? Very easy to spot, between my house 3824 and the neighbors, 3820.

The sidewalk on the north & east sides of the 4th Street parking garage is in terrible shape.

There is a white SUV that regularly parks in the street beside this house on the corner. The plate number is: ey199. It is an I.U. plate. I think this house has recently been placed as a rental. There is no sidewalk there and it is hard to see traffic on 8th Street from Hopewell when the SUV is parked there.

After the snowfall a few days ago, our leasing office did not come clean our sidewalks at 729 E. Hunter Avenue. Because of this, the snow has melted and refrozen into an invisible sheet of ice over the red brick sidewalk. This morning as I left my home, I slipped and fell very hard on the sidewalk and bruised my hip. I'm now dealing with pain in my back and hips. My emergency maintenance man has basically blown me off even after stating that I had fallen and gotten hurt, so I am reporting Jeanne Walters Real Estate.
