To: Mayor Hamilton, if you could please look at ureport case #161401 from october 3. now it is 2 months later & that crosswalk button at a very busy intersection (west 3rd st & franklin) still isn't fixed. i see mr. cibor's note there from oct.18 but even if he has to coordinate with another agency, it still shouldn't take this long. i am afraid i am going to get hit by a big truck. i cannot walk very fast because of medical problems. also, there will be snow & ice soon, making crossing there even more difficult.

The sidewalk in front of the McDonald's on Pete Ellis Drive is in very poor condition. Many elderly people walk this route to the mall and it poses a serious tripping/walking hazard to them.

at "auto glass" business at 2521 w 3rd st, this morning there was a large steady stream of water onto sidewalk even though it wasnt raining. so probably a broken pipe. please check on this or it will become a hazard for pedestrians when the temp crashes soon & it will freeze. thanks

multiple complaints from hospital staff this morning about the disregard to the snow and ice removal on 1st street directly behind the hospital. many people have traveled in from out of county to work and 1st street was by far the worst road they encountered. our ambulance crew has to use this road to transport patients in as well, and staff have to cross the street to gain access to the building from our parking lots, which results in potential risk for employee injuries.

It's obvious you didn't salt ahead of this storm. The main roads are terrible. You need to get ahead of ice. This is the first time that I've been disappointed in snow removal in Bloomington. Usually, you do a great job.

requesting feedback: Today is Monday Jan. 15,2018 and I cannot complete some of my personal errands due to weather conditions on the streets and sidewalks.First, my mail has been delayed since Saturday from the incoming snow storm. I noticed the sidewalks were not shoveled and some places were not salted nor were some of the streets were not plowed either. I am just bringing some of the few things to this office's attention because this delays all my daily personal errands like paying bills,etc. I look forward to hearing a positive feedback from this office. It is unfortunate that city employees cannot fulfill snow-plowing jobs when there are plenty of "homeless citizens" looking for work/employment that would have look forward to plowing the streets of Bloomington,Indiana. 3766 S Claybridge Drive. Cul de Sac has not been cleared of snow to allow cars, mail and trash access. In my 9 years at this address, I have never seen such a poor job of attempting to clear the cul de sac. We have had numerous cars stuck while attempting to get into drive ways. Can we can the street dept to re-plow?
